There are very simple precautions to avoid spreading COVID-19.

Do not touch your mouth, nose and eyes why because you may touch unknown surface and pick up viruses in your hand, and hands can transfer the virus in your mouth, nose or eyes when you get itchy.

Cover your mouth and nose with cloth or mask and do not touch them frequently why becasue you may touch unknown surface and pick up viruses in your hand, and hands can transfer the virus in your mask or cloth.

Wash your hands with soap (better to use liquid soap) and water or alcohol based hand sanitizer multiple times throughout the day as this process kills viruses that may be in hand. Do not touch mouth, nose and eyes immediately after using alcohol-based sanitizer because it may cause irritation.

Maintain 4 feet distance between you and other person why because someone coughs, sneezes, or speaks they spray very tiny liquid droplet from their mouth or nose (if they are not covering their mouth or nose) which may contain COVID19 virus, and these tiny droplets can be inhaled during breath (if you are without covering mouth or nose).

Avoid going in crowded places why becasue there is difficulty to maintain 3-4 feet physical distance, and high risk to come into close contact with COVID-19 person.

If you have minor symptoms such as mild fever, headache, soar throat, cough - stay at home and self-isolate. If you really wants to go out of your house, cover your mouth, nose with mask and eyes with protective glasses why because having contact with others will protect them from COVID19 and other type of viruses.

If you have a fever, cough and finding difficulty while breathing - immediately seek medical attention (better to phone call) and follow the instruction why because early medical attention will make you healthy in shorter time.

Avoid smoking as smokers have higher risk of COVID19 why because they are putting their hands near mouth or lips, and function of their lungs impaired
